What model Rigby cutter is this ?????

So, do you know what model Rigby this is? I found it at a thrift store and was wondering if I can change the blades for 1/2- 2" strip cutting for rug weaving???
I'm thinking you need a Model B, but you might want to look into a Strip-it Cloth Splitter? I've never used one before, but it's a heck of a lot cheaper!
Hello..I found this place in a search. I tryed to post yesterday but don't see it.
I found a rigby cutter at a sales and it has the 2 wheels. One all the way to the right & one all the way to the left. After searching abit I think I have a model C. What do you think? I do need new blades too. Sorry to jump in on this post but I can't find how to start one of my own. Thanks.
Hello- If you didn't want a model D, would you like to sell it? I've been looking for one but the new ones are too expensive! Do you still have it? By the way, I'm not Nathan, that's my husband =)
